I work on the operational and deliverability side of email marketing. That means: making sure messages reach the inbox, the sending infrastructure is healthy, the program is built on a structure that scales, and the team is not solving the same problems every quarter.
Before consulting independently I ran email and lifecycle programs in-house for B2C companies. I have moved senders between ESPs, fixed reputation problems, set up authentication from scratch, and rebuilt programs that were sending a lot of mail without much to show for it.
I am not a copywriter or a designer. I am not going to write your campaign calendar. I work with teams who already have those parts and need someone who can look at the technical setup and the program structure and tell them what is actually going on.
